Even though he has been baking cakes for the last 3 decades, he still acts like a child when he finishes his work of art and packs it for delivery. This love for the cakes and their creation is what makes a great chef.

While everyone loves cakes and loves to add sweetness to life, our Chef takes it one step further by training students on how to make cakes and design them as per customer needs and demands. Head Chef Amar Deula runs a Fondant Cake Training Course at our institute and teaches students the art of baking simple cakes, cake base, cream cakes, fondant cake, trending cakes like burn away cakes, blowing cakes, cakes with pictures printed on them and many more.

The love and passion he has for cakes is clearly visible on the work he does and the way he trains students. Head Chef Amar Deula is a master trainer, and hats off to him for his decades of hard work and dedication in baking enxellent products for customers and also for producing Chefs who have by now established their own businesses in Nepal while many are engaged abroad as Bakery and Pastry Chefs.
