Mr. Dorje Tamang, one of trainees of our Bakery Training Course in Kathmandu, Nepal, shows a clear reflection of how our training courses are executed by our Head Chef Amar Deula, Chef Manoj Singh Bhandari and Chef Ishwor Limbu. Mr. Tamang was a committed student who spent his time in close co-ordination with our Chefs, learning every bit and piece of the baking industry. 



At our Bakery Training Institute in Chabahil, Kathmandu, Mr. Tamang made full use of the resources, equipments and chefs and our flexibility to ensure that he learns in the most practical manner possible. Mr. Tamang also stayed overtime and arrived before time to make sure that he does not miss a thing. While learning skills, like bakery and pastry, it is important that you see and learn from the very beginning till the very end. Opening of the sack of flour to proofing and baking in oven, every step of the process has to be learnt. 

This is why we always encourage our students and learners to be proactive, and build a close bonding with our chefs.
