Chef Manoj Singh Bhandari
Chef Bhandari has more than 10 years of experience in India and Nepal. He heads the bakery training part as his expertise is in the field of bakery, ice-cream and cold pastries.
Chef Ishwor Limbu
Chef Ishwor Limbu heads the cake department as he has more than 10 years of experience in the cake industry. He conducts classes of fondant cakes, wedding cakes, chocolate cakes, white forest cakes, red velvet cakes, vanilla, chocolate sponge for cakes, anniversary cakes, birthday cakes and more.
