Cakes in our Bakery Training Course
Our bakery training course delivered at Chabahil, Kathmandu covers cakes in a very comprehensive manner. Amongst the 50 mouthwatering dishes, apart from pastries, we cover 11 foundations of cakes, that are important for trainees to learn before starting to bake cakes.
Cakes, are by far the most popular pastry items, not just in Nepal but throughout the world. So, it is an integral part of our course. Our Head Chef, Amar Deula, not just teaches how to bake them but also teaches how to present them to customers. At the end of the day, presentation is what separates a bakery shop from start hotel.
We start training of cakes from the very base itself, sponge. We cover chocolate and vanilla sponge while students also learn to make sauce that can come in handy during cake preparations. We also cover popular cakes like tiramisu cake, chocolate cake, white forest cake, cold and baked cheese cakes and wedding cake as well. Further, we also include brownie, cup cakes and Swiss Rolls in our course.
This comprehensive coverage of cakes and its ingredients during our bakery training course in Kathmandu ensures that graduate leave the school being able to bake basic cakes.
