Presentation - It is the KEY

Image
Presentation is the KEY to Bakery and Pastry Students have a question, why do we stress so much on presentation of bakery and pastry items and the answer is simple: "edible products are judged by eye , nose and tongue".  In the below video, you can go through the ways our Head Chef Amar Deula, Chef Manoj Singh Bhandari and Chef Ishwor Limbu make bakery and pastry dishes appealing to the eyes of end customers. We train our students of Bakery and Pastry Training Course in Kathmandu about these vital skills. Be it a topping, decoration, a small dot on the plate or a roll of chocolate, presentation matters. It is in fact what makes the dishes served at star hotels more expensive than ordinary ones.  Throughout the 35 Day Course of Bakery and Pastry Training with cost of NRS 25,000, we train our students about production, presentation, plating and vital components of the industry. Such trained students can not only open up a bakery outlet, but also easily adapt to a 5 Star ...

The Importance of Plating

Image
Why is plating important to learn? Plating is what sets a "star hotel" apart from a "shop". To elaborate, while serving dessert or baked items, start hotels charge far higher than an ordinary bakery. The key difference is in the plating and presentation of the finished product. With star hotels, we expect standard hospitality and service while the food quality of highest standards. This is generally achieved with mouthwatering taste and eye-pleasing presentation of the dessert by hotels.  On the other hand, if we look at a shop, a local bakery, they might serve you pastries in a plastic plate with a plastic spoon on top. While the taste of selected bakeries is great, their presentation is certainly not up-to the star hotel standards. This is what clearly separates a star hotel from a shop.  Our Head Chef, Amar Deula, has travelled the world as a Bakery and Pastry Chef and has prepared desserts for thousands on people on board MSC Cruise Ship, Radisson and many more...

Learning Skill for Abroad Studies

Useful Skills for Abroad Studies The general trend amongst Nepalese students is to go abroad for studies after the completion of their High School (10+2) Education. The average age of students at this stage is 18 years and they do not have any specific skills that can help them find jobs abroad. Throughout their schooling years, be in Kathmandu or outside, students are very occupied and busy with their assignments, exams and studies. So, they do not have the time or the energy to learn life skills and technical skill that can help them survive and develop a career while studying abroad. So, we strongly recommend learning these 3 skills before going abroad for studies in the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada or any other destination.  Bakery Training Bakery Training in Kathmandu offered at our institution with Tuition Fees of NRS 20,000 can help you bake bread, white bread, bread roll, patties, croissants, multigrain brad, French bread, loaf, pitta bread and many more.
